A Tesla's back window is large and curved, and the cheap way to cover it is with two strips and a seam. Here the film is shrunk to the full curve on a glass board and applied as one piece over the defroster lines, with no overlap.
Frameless doors on the Model 3 and Model Y leave the film edge exposed when the door opens, so each panel is cut to the glass line rather than short of it.
The S and X carry longer, taller glass, while the Cybertruck has flat panels with hard corners. Each gets its own pattern and its own quote by model.
Camera zones are masked and kept clear. The ceramic film is non-metallic, so the phone key, GPS and cellular connection work as before.

The ceramic film is laid on the outside of the rear glass and heated until it shrinks to the curve, then it is moved inside, cleaned and applied in a single pass. Shaping is done against a glass board and the window, never against paint or trim.
Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck are all tinted here, and each is quoted by model at the shop because the glass and the labor differ. Text us with the year and model and you will get a number back.
They do not. The camera cluster at the top of the windshield and the side repeaters are masked and the film stops short of them. Ceramic film has no metal layer, so the phone key, GPS and cellular signals pass through unaffected.
