Model 3 and Model Y doors have no frame, so the film edge is in plain view when the door opens. Each door panel is cut to the glass line, not short of it.
Model S, Model X and Cybertruck
Long curved doors on the S, tall glass on the X, flat angular panels on the Cybertruck. Each one is a separate pattern and a separate quote.
Clear cameras, clean signals
Camera positions are masked and uncovered, and the film is ceramic with no metal, so the phone key, GPS and cellular reception are unchanged.

Why do Seal Beach Tesla owners ask about one-piece rear glass?
Because a seam in the rear window is the most visible flaw a tint job can have, and it is right in your mirror. One sheet formed to the curve avoids the seam, avoids a weak spot over the defroster lines and looks like factory glass.
Is Seal Beach close enough to Carson for a same-day Tesla tint?
Yes. The drive is roughly twenty-five minutes outside rush hour. Book an appointment, drive up, and either wait at the shop or drop the car and return later. Doors and rear glass are usually finished within the day.
How do you fit one sheet of film to a curved rear window?
The film is laid on the outside of the glass and heated until it shrinks to the curve, then moved inside and applied in a single pass. The electronics behind the rear glass are covered before any water is used, and the defroster lines are not disturbed.
Which Teslas are tinted and how is the price decided?
The whole lineup, from the Model 3 and Model Y to the Model S, Model X and Cybertruck. The price is decided by model at the shop, because the glass area and the shaping time differ. Text us with the year and model and a quote comes back.
Does tint change how my Tesla's cameras or phone key work?
No. The windshield camera cluster and the fender repeaters are masked and the film stops before them. Because the ceramic film is non-metallic, the phone key, GPS and cellular data are not affected. The car behaves as it did before.
