Flat glass means no heat-shrinking, but the panels are large and the edges are sharp and straight, so any miscut shows. We cut the film on a board to the exact outline, lay it in one pass, and the result looks like it came from the factory that way.
The cars most Los Angeles owners bring. The rear window is done as one piece and the frameless door glass is cut to sit under the seal when the window drops.
Long curved glass on the S, falcon-wing doors on the X. Each is quoted by model because the labor is not the same as the sedans.
The factory roof glass is already dark, so the heat you feel comes through the doors and rear glass. Ceramic film there makes a real difference on a July afternoon without changing the look from outside.

For a longer job from Los Angeles, some people walk to the mall, the movie theaters or a coffee shop nearby; the DoubleTree down the street has a full bar, and Cabrillo Beach is about 12 minutes away. The shop is LGBTQ-friendly and everyone from Los Angeles is welcome. Coming from Los Angeles, take whichever is moving: the shop is right off the 110 and easy from the 405 and the 710.

Yes. The Cybertruck's glass is flat, so there is no shrinking, but the panels are big and the window edges are dead straight, which leaves no room to hide a wavy cut. We template each pane, cut on a board away from the truck, and install the film in one piece per window.
It is for owners who want the job done once. Ceramic film cut to the glass, cameras kept clear, one-piece rear window, and a shop that tints Teslas all week. The drive is about half an hour each way and you get the car back the same day in most cases.
It does not. Our ceramic film carries no metal, so cellular and Bluetooth signals pass straight through. The camera areas on the windshield and the side glass are left uncovered, and the film is trimmed clear of every sensor. Autopilot sees the same view it always did.
The front doors must pass 70% of visible light, so the fronts stay fairly light. Rear doors and the rear window have no limit. Ceramic film at the legal front shade still blocks most of the infrared heat, which is what makes the cabin comfortable.
Leave the windows up for several days while the film bonds to the glass. After that, clean it with a soft cloth and a cleaner without ammonia. Ceramic film does not fade or bubble in the sun, so the maintenance is just normal window cleaning.
