Legal front shade
Front doors stay at California 70% VLT and still reject a large share of heat; rear doors and the back window can go darker.

Everyone is welcome; we are an LGBTQ-friendly shop. The shop sits right off the 110 freeway, with easy access from the 405 and the 710 as well, so three freeways lead to it from Artesia.

How do you make sure the Tesla cameras are not covered?
Every camera window on the glass is masked before the film is laid, so the film never crosses the lens area. When the install is finished we check the view through each camera zone. Because the ceramic film has no metal, the surrounding film causes no interference either.
How far is Artesia from the Tesla tint shop?
About 10.8 miles, 22 to 26 minutes outside rush hour, to 22025 S Avalon Blvd Ste A in Carson. Artesia owners usually book a morning slot and have the car back by early afternoon.
Does tint affect the Tesla phone key or Bluetooth?
No. Ceramic film has no metallic layer, so Bluetooth, cell and key signals pass straight through it. The only thing that changes is the amount of heat and glare coming through the glass.
Will the sensors behind the glass still work after tint?
Yes. The sensor and camera areas are masked and left uncovered, and the film around them is non-metallic. Autopilot, parking cameras and the rest see exactly what they saw before the car came in.
How is Tesla tint priced for an Artesia driver?
By model, at the shop. A Model 3 and a Model X do not take the same film or labor, so each Tesla is quoted on its own. Text the year and model to the shop and Nick will reply with a figure before you drive over.
